My name is Tori Noelle and I'm a freelance photographer based in Atlanta, Georgia. I'm recently graduated from Oglethorpe University with a B.A in Mass Communications/ Public Relations.  I've always had a passion for music and for visuals. Photography allows me access to both worlds.
